Shipping Destinations
For Singapore & Malaysia
Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $8 will be applied at checkout.
Order Accumulation: You may combine and accumulate orders for a maximum of 2 weeks, starting from the date of your first order.
Initial Payment: You are required to check out and pay the $8 shipping fee with your first order.
Free Shipping For Singapore & Malaysia: Once your accumulated bill reaches $100 or more, the $8 shipping fee will be waived and deducted from your final total.
Shipping to Australia & Canada
Under 2 kg (Max dimensions: L+W+H = 90 cm): Shipped via Hong Kong Post Standard Air Parcel. Rates are calculated at checkout, tracking is included, and delivery takes 7–14 business days.
Over 2 kg: Shipped via Hong Kong Post Speedpost. Rates are calculated at checkout, tracking is included, and delivery takes 1–3 business days.
For all other international destinations, here is how shipping fees are calculated:
1. Place your order: Submit your order through our website.
2. Get a shipping quote: GoShop with Febe will pack, weigh, and measure your items to calculate and inform you of the exact shipping rates.
3. Dispatch: We will arrange your shipment immediately after receiving payment.
Thank you for your patience: Estimated processing time for overseas shipments is 7–14 business days.
For US orders, the shipping cost already covers the import duty.
Delivery Timeframe
International orders typically take 1–3 weeks for delivery.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance processes, which are beyond our control. GoShop with Febe is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or local postal services.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with your order details.
We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier, but GoShop with Febe is not liable for lost or damaged packages once handed to the shipping provider.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete (avoid using abbreviations). GoShop with Febe are not responsible for lost parcels resulting from incorrect address.
